Cambi e resi

Per effettuare un cambio o un reso è necessario farne richiesta via mail (compilando il form nella sezione contact) entro 14 giorni dalla consegna.
Gli articoli che si vogliono sostituire/rendere vanno rispediti al mittente entro 30 giorni dalla consegna. Le spese di restituzione dei prodotti sono a carico dell’utente.
Gli ordini personalizzati, a meno che non arrivino danneggiati o difettosi, non possono essere sostituiti a causa della loro unicità.

Replacements and returns

To make a replacement or a return it is necessary to request it via email (by filling out the form in the contact section) within 14 days of delivery.
