Spedizioni

Gli ordini effettuati su questo shop vengono spediti in Italia con il servizio di corriere, all’estero con posta raccomandata. Il tracking number viene comunicato via email non appena spedito il pacco.
Tendenzialmente ci vogliono 1/2 giorni lavorativi perché il pacco arrivi a destinazione in Italia, 7/10 giorni lavorativi per l’estero.
Lo shop non è responsabile di eventuali ritardi causati da chi si occupa della spedizione.
Nel caso in cui non fosse possibile raggiungere il destinatario della spedizione, il cliente verrà ricontattato per organizzare una nuova consegna.
Nel caso in cui il pacco non potesse venire consegnato a causa di un indirizzo sbagliato o una mancata completezza nelle informazioni,
il costo di una riprogrammazione della consegna e di un’eventuale giacenza verrà addebitato al cliente.

Shipping

Orders placed on this shop are shipped outside of Italy with the registered mail service. The tracking number is communicated via email as soon as the package is shipped. 
It usually takes 7/10 working days for the package to arrive at its destination. The shop is not responsible for any delays caused by those who deal with the shipment. 
In the event that it is not possible to reach the recipient of the shipment, the package will be taken to the closest post office where it will remain
in storage for a few days (depending on the postal service policy in your country). 
In the event that the package is sent back to the sender due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect it from the post office,
it is possible to proceed with a new shipment but the cost of this second shipment will be charged to the recipient.
