Cereria Pernici is a brand that produces and sells scented candles.
We, D /graphic design & illustration/, have been asked to redesign their logo to make it more appealing to a younger target.

The main requirement was to keep the same font, and we decided to make a new sans serif version of it, combining it with the date of establishment to keep a strong connection between the past and the future of the company.

Some other design proposals that were playing with the idea of combining the past and the future of Cereria Pernici.
Some of them were more linked with the contemporary image of the brand, some others were strongly inspired by the old look of the company and by the sign painting style of old Italian workshops and shop windows.
